INGREDIENTS

1½ ounces Mal Bien Espadín mezcal
½ ounce St. George spiced pear liqueur 
¼ ounce honey
¼ ounce Malort
¼ ounce Massenez liqueur de roquefort
¼ ounce Valdespino Contrabandista amontillado Sherry
2 dashes black peppercorn tincture

METHOD

In a mixing glass with ice, combine all ingredients. Strain into a rocks glass with 1 large ice cube.
