INGREDIENTS

1¼ ounces blanco tequila
¾ ounce simple syrup
¾ ounce red pear juice
½ ounce spiced pear liqueur
½ ounce lemon juice
¼ ounce pear eau de vie
Pear slice

METHOD

In a shaker, combine tequila, syrup, pear juice, liqueur, lemon juice, and eau de vie . Shake and strain over desired serving glass with ice. Garnish with pear.
