INGREDIENTS

1½ ounces rye whiskey
½ ounce aquavit
¾ ounce Cocchi Americano aperitif
¼ ounce China China liqueur
¼ ounce Pineau des Charentes liqueur
½ ounce St. George spiced pear liqueur
1 dash rhubarb bitters
3 drops saline solution

METHOD

In a mixing glass with ice, combine all ingredients. Stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with 1 large ice cube. Express an orange twist over top and discard.
