INGREDIENTS
1½ ounces orange wine
1½ ounces Aperol
¾ ounces mezcal
¼ ounce red wine vinegar
Grapefruit coin
METHOD
In a mixing glass, combine wine, Aperol, mezcal, vinegar, and 250 milliliters water. Transfer mixture to a carbonation rig and carbonate at 50 PSI. Pour into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with grapefruit coin.
