INGREDIENTS
1½ ounces mezcal
¾ ounce lime juice
½ ounce Aperol
½ ounce Meletti amaro
½ ounce Brucato Woodlands amaro
¼ ounce orange liqueur
Orange peel
METHOD
In a shaker with ice, combine mezcal, lime juice, amaros, and liqueurs. Shake, then double strain into a double rocks glass with 1 large ice cube. Express orange peel over top, then place peel rind side up along the edge of the glass.
