INGREDIENTS

¾ ounce 100-proof rye whiskey
¾ ounce lemon juice
¾ ounce Salers apéritif
½ ounce Italicus liqueur
½ ounce Ciociaro amaro
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
3 drops saline solution
Orange peel

METHOD

In a shaker with ice, combine rye, lemon juice, Salers, Italicus, Ciociaro, bitters, and saline. Shake and double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel.
