INGREDIENTS
Pistachio-Infused Olive Oil:
Pistachio paste
Pistachios
Extra virgin olive oil
To Assemble and Serve:
Fresh baguette, sliced lengthwise
Thinly sliced smoked ham
Fromager d'Affinois Truffle double cream brie cheese
METHOD
For the Pistachio-Infused Olive Oil:
In a blender, purée desired amount pistachio paste and pistachios. With the machine running, slowly stream in oil, blending until mixture is fully emulsified. Transfer to a squeeze bottle and refrigerate.
To Assemble and Serve:
On a clean work surface, drizzle Pistachio-Infused Olive Oil on both sides of bread. On bottom half, layer desired amount smoked ham and Fromager d'Affinois Truffle brie. Close sandwich and serve.
