INGREDIENTS

1 ounce bourbon
1 ounce gin
¾ ounce ginger syrup
½ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce lime juice
Non-alcoholic sparkling wine
3 dashes Angostura aromatic bitter

METHOD

In a shaker with ice, add bourbon, gin, ginger syrup, and citrus juices. Shake and strain into desired serving glass. Top with sparkling wine and bitters.
