INGREDIENTS
Verjus-Lime Solution:
½ ounce verjus
¼ ounce lime juice
To Assemble and Serve:
¾ ounce Faccia Brutto Fernet Pianta
¾ ounce Midori
¾ ounce Pierre Ferrand Yuzu Dru Curaçao
METHOD
For the Verjus-Lime Solution:
In a nonreactive container, combine all ingredients. Set aside.
To Assemble and Serve:
In a shaker, add all ingredients and ¾ ounce Verjus-Lime Solution. Add ice and shake until cooled. Double strain into a coupe.
