INGREDIENTS

Lemon zest
¾ ounce Condesa clasica gin
½ ounce G.E. Massenez liitchi liqueur
¼ ounce Cazottes cedrat liqueur
1 dash raspberry eau de vie 
Raspberry fruit caviar

METHOD

Place lemon zest at the bottom of a serving glass. Swirl, then remove zest and set glass aside. In a mixing glass with large ice cubes, add gin, liqueurs, and eau de vie. Stir until chilled and strain into prepared serving glass. Garnish with raspberry fruit caviar.
