INGREDIENTS
Pastis apéritif
1¼ ounces Grand Marnier orange liqueur
1 ounce Cardamaro
½ ounce apricot brandy
1 dash Scrappy’s cardamom bitters
Clove-studded orange twist
METHOD
Spray chilled Nick and Nora glass with Pastis and set aside. In a mixing glass, add liqueur, amaro, brandy, and bitters. Stir to combine. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with orange twist.
