Vodka, Pickle Brine, House Bloody Mary Mix, Pickled Green Beans

INGREDIENTS

Pickled Green Beans:
Green beans
White vinegar
Granulated sugar
Kosher salt
Mustard seeds
Fresh dill
Jalapeño

Bloody Mary Mix:
Clamato
Worcestershire sauce
Ground black pepper
Onion powder
Celery salt
Garlic powder
Cayenne pepper
Red pepper flakes

To Assemble and Serve:
Yield: 1 cocktail
2 ounces vodka
½ ounce pickle brine

METHOD

For the Pickled Green Beans:
Place green beans in a nonreactive container and set aside. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring remaining ingredients to a boil. Pour pickling liquid over beans. Let cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate.

For the Bloody Mary Mix:
In a large nonreactive container, combine all ingredients. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.

To Assemble and Serve:
In a mixing glass with ice, stir to combine vodka, pickle brine, and 4 ounces Bloody Mary Mix. Strain into a Collins glass with ice. Garnish with Pickled Green Beans.
