INGREDIENTS
226 grams unsalted butter
165 grams brown sugar
150 grams granulated sugar
12 grams vanilla extract
2 eggs
281 grams all-purpose flour
6 grams kosher salt
5 grams baking soda
170 grams mini semisweet chocolate chips
170 grams butterscotch chips
170 grams white chocolate chips
170 grams peanut butter chips
METHOD
Heat oven to 350°F. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream butter and sugars until just incorporated. Add vanilla and eggs and mix until smooth. Add flour, salt, and baking soda and mix until just incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips. Portion dough into 85-gram balls and transfer to a parchment-lined sheet tray. Bake 13 minutes, or until edges are set and lightly golden.
