Kimchi Mac Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
½ teaspoon onion powder
3 cups cooked macaroni
1 cup kimchi
Fried garlic
Chopped cilantro
Chopped scallions
METHOD
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat. Slowly fold in kimchi. Transfer to a small serving bowl. Top with garlic and herbs.
