Hushwe Nachos

Jalapeños, Queso, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, Ancho-Lime Crema

INGREDIENTS

Hushwe:
Ground beef
Butter
Minced white onions
Minced jalapeños
Kosher salt
Ground black pepper

To Assemble and Serve:
Tortilla chips
Green hatch chile queso
Pico de gallo
Guacamole
Ancho chile-lime crema

METHOD

For the Hushwe:
In a sauté pan over medium heat, add beef. Cook until meat is well browned, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and keep warm. In a separate sauté pan over medium heat, add butter. Cook until butter is melted and a light amber color is achieved. Remove from heat and stir in onions and jalapeños. Add mixture to pan with browned beef. Season generously with salt and pepper. Keep warm.

To Assemble and Serve:
On a serving plate, top tortilla chips with Hushwe, queso, pico de gallo, guacamole, and ancho chile-lime crema.
