INGREDIENTS
8 ounces of your favorite pizza dough
3 ounces tomato sauce
6 basil leaves
‘Nduja
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
Oregano
Calabrian chile flakes
METHOD
Heat pizza oven to 700°F. On a lightly floured work surface, spread out pizza dough into your desired shape. Spread tomato sauce over dough. Top with basil, desired amount of ‘nduja, onion, oregano, and chile flakes. Bake 2 minutes, or until crust has risen and begins to blister.
