INGREDIENTS:
35 milliliters sweet cream
30 milliliters gin
20 milliliters heavy cream
20 milliliters egg white
15 milliliters Empirical Spirits The Plum, I Suppose
15 milliliters winter melon syrup
45 milliliters club soda
Lime bitters
METHOD:
In a shaker, combine sweet cream, gin, heavy cream, egg white, “The Plum, I Suppose,” and winter melon syrup. Dry shake 20 seconds. Add ice. Shake and strain into your desired glassware. Top with club soda and a spritz of lime bitters.
