Join StarChefs and Corto Olive Co. for a special, industry-only Virtual Harvest Tour and Olive Oil Tasting from the Corto farm and mill in Lodi, California!

This immersive online experience will transport you to Corto's olive groves and mill during the heart of the Fall Harvest season for an intimate look into the world of premium fresh olive oil with Corto's Master Miller and team. Then, Corto's chef education ambassador Whitney Otawka will take you through an interactive, guided olive oil tasting flight designed to help participants detect freshness and quality.

Each virtual tour will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. All participants will receive a personal tasting kit ahead of the virtual event as well as a complimentary bottle of Corto's TRULY 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil following the tour. Due to volume and demand, individuals may only register for one of the two available tour dates.
