For more than two thousand years the flocks of sheep that graze freely in the countryside of Sardinia, Lazio and Grosseto province in Tuscany, have produced the milk from which the cheese is made. A European cheese and cultural kitchen staple for centuries, Pecorino Romano deserves to join the top of every table to properly complete any dish.
