Calling all chefs—we want to invite you to discover the versatility of American Lamb!
Seventy-five (75) finalists will be selected to submit a recipe featuring ground American Lamb for their chance to win a trip for two to Napa. Submit your application form today!
The grand prize trip to Napa will include a chef immersion where chefs will have the opportunity to collaborate and cook American Lamb with other participating chefs at an event to be held at CIA Copia, a visit to a nearby regenerative sheep farm, and of course, wine tastings.
