Never
cook turkey in a slow oven overnight because it's dangerous. Begin roasting
the turkey at 425F for 30 minutes and then lower it to 350F for the
remainder of the required time to cook. This makes for a crisp, moist
bird. Cooking a turkey unstuffed will result in a more evenly cooked
bird without dry breast meat. I always cook it unstuffed.
