Crispy Spicy Pickles

Yield: 10-15 Servings


  • Blended oil, for deep frying
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups semolina flour
  • Pinch salt, pepper, cayenne, and paprika
  • 1 large jar ripple-sliced pickles

Preheat deep fryer with blended oil.

Combine flours with seasonings in a bowl. Toss sliced pickles in flour mixture and deep fry until crispy. Drain pickles on paper towels and sprinkle with additional salt.
