  • 3 large ripe avocados, peeled, pit removed
  • ¼ cup onion, finely diced
  • ¼ cup tomato, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño chile, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • Lime juice to taste
  • Salt to taste

In a medium bowl combine first 5 ingredients. Mash with a fork until avocado is smooth. Season generously with salt and lime juice to taste.
