The 2003 IACP Cookbook Awards

At a ceremony in Montreal, Canada on April 12th, the International Association of Culinary Professionals presented its 2003 Cookbook Awards. The awards, sponsored by California Table Grapes and Le Cordon Bleu, honor the best writing and publishing in the food and beverage industry. The 2003 nominees in all categories were announced in a special ceremony at Le Cirque in New York, NY on March 10th.
