That's because 2014 Rising Star Chef Graeme Ritchie doesn’t stop. For Ritchie, classic dishes are an invitation to jump into the deep-end and fashion a whole new world on his plates. He obsesses over details. Tweezer food gets redeemed, beatified, in his kitchen. Ritchie also has a natural penchant for taking concepts, as varied as Maryland summers or Japanese charcoal, and translating them for his diners, making for one of the most inspiring dining experiences in Maryland.
