INGREDIENTS:

1½ ounces Braulio amaro
½ ounce St. George Terroir gin
½ ounce Punt e Mes
⅛ ounce lemon juice
2 drops salt tincture
grapefruit peel

METHOD:

In a cocktail glass filled with ice, combine Braulio, gin, Punt e Mes, lemon juice, and salt tincture. Stir and strain into a rocks glass with chunk ice. Express grapefruit peel and insert into drink.
