Cucumber Amakaze Ice Pops

INGREDIENTS:

Jasmine rice koji
Cucumbers, peeled

METHOD:

In a large plastic bag, Combine equal parts koji and cucumbers. Mix so cucumbers are coated in koji. Let sit at room temperature for five days. 

Transfer amakaze-infused cucumbers to a Vitamix blender. Purée. Pour purée into empty flavor ice sleeves or popsicle molds with popsicle sticks. Freeze until solid. Push or pull the pop out and enjoy!
