In a saucepan over low heat, add ginger juice and sugar. Heat until sugar has dissolved without boiling. Remove from heat, place over an ice bath, and stir until cool. Take syrup and place directly into an ice bath and stir until cool. Refrigerate until needed.
Weigh out equal portions of mango concentrate and sugar then weigh water so it is half the weight of mango concentrate. In a blender, add the mango concentrate and sugar and blend until smooth. Add water and blend again. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, add tequila, lime juice, salt solution, ¼ ounce Rich Ginger Syrup, and ½ ounce Mango Syrup then fill with ice. Shake and strain over a rocks glass with ice. Top with 3 pumps mango brandy and garnish with a Tajín-dusted cucumber slice.
