Yield: 1 Cocktail


For the Blueberry Syrup
1 cup blueberry juice
1 cup sugar
For the Cocktail
2 ounces Greenhook American Dry Gin
¾ ounces lemon juice
½ ounces Blueberry Syrup
1 teaspoon St. Dalfour Kumquat Marmalade


For the Blueberry Syrup
In a small container combine blueberry juice and granulated sugar. Stir until dissolved and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

For the Cocktail
In a shaker, combine all ingredients and add ice. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass. Garnish with Kumquat on the rim.
