2 dashes Bitter Truth Creole bitters
0.75 ounce fresh lemon juice
0.75 ounce rich cane syrup (2:1)
0.25 ounce ginger syrup (1:1)
0.25 ounce cinnamon syrup (1:1)
0.25 ounce honey syrup (1:1)
0.25 ounce Bols Genever
1 ounce Plantation 5 Year Barbados rum


In a shaker, muddle strawberry. Add bitters, lemon juice, syrups, Genever, and rum and shake with ice. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
