The Tequila Negroni

Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

1½ ounces Don Julio añejo tequila
¾ ounce Cinzano Rosso vermouth
¾ ounce Campari
orange peel

METHOD:

In a cocktail glass, combine tequila, vermouth, and Campari with ice and stir very gently and not for long. Strain into Old Fashioned glass with fresh ice. Garnish with flamed orange peel.
