Yield: 1 cocktail


Rose Simple Syrup:
1½ cups food-grade dried roses
3 cups sugar
To Assemble and Serve:
2 ounces Thai iced tea
0.75 ounces Batavia-Arrack van Oosten
0.5 ounces Kronan Swedish pusch
0.25 ounces Bonal
Half-and-half or coconut milk


For the Rose Simple Syrup

In a pot, bring 3 cups water and rose to a boil. Turn down to low heat for about 15 minutes. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Strain.

To Assemble and Serve

In a collins glass, combine tea, Batavia-Arrack van Oosten, punsch, Bonal, and 0.5 ounce Rose Simple Syrup. Top with ice. Fill with half-and-half or coconut milk.
