Yield: 1 cocktail


2 ounces gin
1 ounce cucumber-fennel-celery-parsley juice (1:1:1:1)
½ ounce Chareau California aloe liqueur
½ ounce Cocchi Americano
½ ounce gomme syrup
½ ounce lime juice
Cucumber ribbon
Parsley sprig


In a shaker filled with ice, combine gin, vegetable juice, Cocchi Americano, gomme syrup, and lime juice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a speared cucumber ribbon and parsley.
