Biscuits and Gravy

INGREDIENTS:

Gravy
2 cups bacon fat
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 gallon whole milk
2 tablespoons black pepper
salt
To Assemble and Serve
biscuits
home fries or breakfast potatoes

METHOD:

For the Gravy:
Cook the flour in the bacon fat until it starts to turn blond. Stream in the milk, season with pepper and salt, and cook to desired thickness.

To Assemble and Serve:
Serve the biscuits with Gravy and home fries.
