 Boutique Firm Expands Long Island Presence with New Clients & Social Influencer Collaboration  The North Fork Table & Inn, located in the heart of Long Island wine country, has retained HP-PR for public relations. It is the newest client on Long Island for HP-PR, a boutique firm specializing in travel, hospitality, culinary and lifestyle brands. The company also represents Swallow Restaurant Group. HP-PR also recently partnered with Sal DiBenedetto (aka The Grubfather) for a social influencer collaboration. DiBenedetto is a food a travel writer, photographer, and influencer and will support HP-PR clients with experiential marketing, strategy & content creation, social media, videography and photography to them expand their audience reach and grow their brand. “I am delighted to be working with the great teams at North Fork Table & Inn and Swallow Restaurant,” said Patrikis. “We’re excited about our expansion to Long Island, and at the prospect of helping chefs, restaurateurs, and other hospitality and lifestyle brands broaden their visibility. The firm’s client roster includes luxury resorts such as Manoir Hovey, The Fearrington House, Wickaninnish Inn, Langdon Hall; Amy’s Bread, and the Greece Tourism board. Patrikis previously worked as a director at Robert Marston and Associates, where she developed and managed a wide range of promotional campaigns. Her strategic talents include media relations, product launches, events, consumer campaigns, and consulting. She also specializes in media training for chefs, athletes, authors and CEOs to ensure that they are comfortable and credible when telling their stories to the media. The North Fork Table & Inn offers progressive American cuisine with a seasonally inspired menu. Executive chef Stephan Bogardus succeeds acclaimed late chef Gerry Hayden and continues to work closely with proprietors Claudia Fleming and partners Mike and Mary Mraz, veterans of New York’s finest restaurants (Gramercy Tavern and Hearth). At Swallow Restaurant, Chef James Tchinnis specializes in new American cuisine served on small plates designed for sharing. Dishes are composed of the freshest, seasonal and local ingredients.
