NEW YORK – March 17, 2016 – In France, no Easter holiday is complete without a well-seasoned gigot d’agneau (lamb). It follows then that Sofitel New York, bastion of French traditions, will feature a Seven-Hour Lamb cooked to perfection by Executive Chef Sylvain Harribey, who hails from Bordeaux. It will be the main attraction of a special Easter plate inspired by the Chef’s French upbringing served in the hotel’s popular Gaby Brasserie Française. It also includes Roasted Bliss Potatoes, a Spicy Salmon Tartar, French Onion Soup and Crème Brulee. This Easter brunch menu choice is priced at $28 excluding tax and gratuity. Gaby’s daily brunch menu will also be available to guests who wish to order a la carte.

Easter Day Brunch will be served on Sunday, March 27 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Unlimited Bloody Marys and Mimosas will be offered for $20 per person.

Reservations may be made by calling 212-782-3040. For more information, visit
