Celebrate early with brunch on Saturday, March 12, and Sunday, March 13. Prairie Grass Cafe will feature a Corned Beef Hash served with poached eggs, green hollandaise and sautéed potatoes ($14.50).

On St. Patrick’s day, relax and enjoy a traditional lunch or dinner of Corned Beef and Cabbage, served with a slice of homemade Irish Soda Bread ($22.50).
