The 2011 Culinary Trends Survey

We need your input! The foodservice industry is a fast-paced, high-turnover world where restaurants open and close and trends come and go about as often as menus—and seasons—change. But our Culinary Trends Survey is here to get specific, down to the roots of this farm-friendly, fickle, fascinating industry. We want to know everything from the idiosyncrasies of your in-house mixology program and the ins and outs of outfitting your food truck to the extent of your green and social initiatives (and much, much more).

You do not have to be an executive chef to complete this survey, but you must be a foodservice professional (please be sure to select the right category when asked for your job position). The survey is anonymous. However if you want to be quoted, please make sure to put your name and quotes in the appropriate comments box.

Results for this survey will be part of an annual culinary trends article on and will be presented at the 6th Annual International Chefs Congress.
