9th Annual Vitamix Challenge

9th Annual Vitamix Challenge

Ladies and gentlemen, start your blenders!

The Vitamix Challenge gives chefs a chance to rev up their blenders and throw down to win the Ultimate Vitamix Package for his or her kitchen.

Five selected finalists will travel to Brooklyn to compete at this one-of-a-kind blend-off on the Main Stage at the StarChefs 13th Annual International Chefs Congress on Tuesday, October 23rd.

For your chance to compete, submit an original recipe that ties into the theme of this year's Congress, Cooking with Respect. Your recipe should reflect your respect for the ingredients you work with every day. Whether it's lemon rinds, garlic skins, stale bread, meat scraps, or bruised apples from your neighbor's backyard, your dish should showcase the delicious potential that by-products hold.

All recipe submissions must be for a fully composed dish that showcases the Vitamix blender in a creative and delicious way. The more ways to highlight the Vitamix blender, the better!

All applications are due by Friday, August 24.
