Chef Victor Boroda of Estérel - Biography

Chef Victor Boroda, a native Virginian, began his culinary journey after spending years in the technology industry. It was there that Boroda realized his true passion lay in the culinary world, and he left to pursue a degree from the Arizona Culinary Institute. After working in a French restaurant on a cruise ship, on the Orient Express, and finally in Los Angeles at the Montage Beverly Hills and True Food Kitchen. Now, Boroda is putting his knowledge and experience of French and Californian cuisine to use at the helm of Estérel at the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.
