Trudy Thomas might be soaking up the Arizona rays as beverage director for the JW Marriott Camelback Inn in Scottsdale, but at least some of her former professional experience occurred in colder climes. Windier, in fact: Thomas worked at the Chicago outposts of Wolfgang Puck, Jean Georges, and Butter restaurants before moving southwest to join BLT Steak in Scottsdale.
