Pastry Chef Tesa Butkus of Arcana - Biography

When a degree in biology wasn't cutting it, Tesa Butkus joined the ranks of the kitchen at Table 61. Gravitating towards pastry, Butkus found her way in the pastry kitchens of Pizzeria Locale and Frasca Food & Wine. She has also worked at Balena in Chicago before landing back at Arcana in Boulder. She is 23 years old.
