Chef Tae Strain of Momofuku CCDC - Biography

Chef Tae Strain is a Chesapeake native who spent six years cooking around the country, most notably a three-year stint at The Progress in San Francisco. He returned home to helm the kitchen at David Chang's DC outpost, Momofuku CCDC, where he was given carte blanche to "destroy" the menu and create it all his own.
