Mixologist Sam Anderson has worked his way through some of New York City’s strongest drinks programs. Currently, he’s the Beverage Director at April Bloomfield and Ken Friedman’s Mexican-inspired Salvation Taco. Before Salvation, Anderson was the bartender at Goldbar and Freemans. Anderson also consulted for Hotel Delmano, and spent time behind the bar developing menus for Café Collette, Black Market, and the members-only Fig. 19.
