A graduate of Barcelona’s Guild Pastry College, Olivier Fernández Obiols has spent much of his career as pastry chef of the five star Gran Hotel La Florida in Spain. In 2007, he returned to his alma matter as director, transforming it into a reference training center and leading it to international prestige.
