Pastry Chef Kamel Guechida of Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group - Biography

Kamel Guechida grew up in southwestern France, learning from chocolate masters at Centre de Formation et d’Apprentissage de Boulzac. After working with Joël Robuchon opening restaurants in Tokyo, Macau, and Bangkok, Guechida followed Robuchon to Las Vegas’ MGM Grand, where he remained for eight years as the executive pastry chef. In 2013, Guechida joined Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group as corporate director of pastry.
