Chef John Taube IV of Sunday Hospitality - Biography

In 2016, John Taube IV started entering cooking competitions, securing a win as the culinary collaborator to NoMad colleague Bartender Nathan O’Neill in the Glenfiddich World's Most Experimental Bartender competition. A year later, he won the United States title for San Pellegrino’s Best Young Chef Competition. In 2018, he won the StarChefs Vitamix Challenge, and in 2019, Taube and Sommelier Ryan Bailey are headed to Spain to represent American in the Copa Jerez competition. In March 2019, Taube left his long-time post at The NoMad to become the executive chef at The Hoxton Hotel in Los Angeles.
