Mixologist Jermaine Whitehead of Bar Melusine - Biography

Jermaine Whitehead's first job in the culinary industry was at Pizza Hut. His first job behind the bar was at Floyd's, where he was a barback-turned-bartender. It was at Floyd's that Whitehead learned the most important thing about his job was customer service. After a few stints around Seattle, including a bar management position at Barrio, Whitehead ended up at The Whale Wins, a Renee Erickson restaurant. He now oversees the bar program at multiple Sea Creatures concepts, namely Bar Melusine and Bateau.
