Before becoming executive pastry chef of Big Heart Hospitality, New Hampshirite Dee Steffen Chinn trained at The Bedford Village Inn, Topper’s at the Wauwinet Inn, CafĂ© Boulud, and No. 9 Park. She spent 11 years cooking alongside Chef Ming Tsai at Blue Ginger before joining Tiffani Faison in 2017, developing dessert menus for her four Boston restaurants.
