All dishes are paired with ultra-premium wines or beers selected by the Rising Star Sommeliers.

    Tickets: $95 per person; $150 VIP admission includes a private pre-event reception with Champagne and Petrossian caviar, plus early entrance to the gala.

DC Central Kitchen turns leftover food into millions of meals for thousands of at-risk individuals while offering nationally recognized culinary job training to once homeless and hungry adults.
